Le ministère grec de la Culture a annoncé que 2026 serait officiellement consacrée au légendaire compositeur Manos Hatzidakis, marquant ainsi le centenaire de sa naissance et rendant hommage à son influence profonde sur la musique grecque et internationale.
The Greek Ministry of Culture has announced that 2026 will be officially dedicated to the legendary composer Manos Hatzidakis, marking the centenary of his birth and honoring his profound influence on Greek and international music.

Aux antipodes, « xenia » veut dire « accueil » et « philoxene », « accueillant », car « philos » en grec signifie « ami ». « Philoxene », c’est aimer nos visiteurs, car ils aiment savoir qu’ils sont aimés au-delà de leurs frontières, ils recherchent aussi la chaleur de l’amour, en plus de leur destination. Ils sont généreux et cherchent « ta xena », « le lointain » en grec.
